How we work

How we work

We don't deliver a product to a brief. We embed with your team to understand the subject, shape the narrative, and build something that lasts.

01

Understanding the subject

Every project starts with deep understanding. We read the research, attend briefings, visit sites when possible, and ask questions until we know the subject well enough to explain it to someone who's never heard of it. This phase matters - it's what separates us from a production company working from a brief. We're not afraid of complexity. We've embedded with glacier expeditions, joined marine biologists at research stations, spent time with archaeologists at excavation sites, and worked alongside museums and organisations on the ground. We've worked with datasets from EU-funded research programmes and with local communities shaping their own narratives.

02

Shaping the narrative

Complex subjects rarely arrive as ready-made stories. Our job is to find the human thread - the angle that makes a 12-year-old care about kelp decline in the Baltic, or a museum visitor stop and think about waste management in the Himalayas. We develop narrative structures that respect the subject matter while making it compelling: character-driven stories, place-based journeys, interactive explorations where the audience makes choices. We write for specific audiences, most often young people and students, and we tailor tone, complexity and format accordingly.

03

Building the experience

We're format-agnostic. The story dictates the medium - not the other way around. Our toolkit includes documentary film, 360° video, interactive WebXR, photogrammetry and 3D environments, fulldome cinema, physical exhibitions, and cross-platform digital experiences. We handle the full production chain from capture to delivery, and we build for the platforms where your audience actually is - whether that's a classroom VR headset, a museum touchscreen, a browser on a phone, or a fulldome cinema. We work with researchers, agencies, VFX studios and museums - adapting our process to fit your team and timeline.

Who we work with

Researchers and institutions

We help researchers turn complex findings into stories that reach beyond the journal. From EU-funded climate programmes to museum exhibitions, we handle the storytelling so you can focus on the science.
